On March 12 and 13 we will be experiencing our monthly wine dinner at Vettore with four regional inspired courses from Le Marche, Italy accompanied with three wine courses presented by Joel Cook with Prime Wine & Spirits (Saturday only).

We have availability for both Saturday and Sunday evening. To make a reservation and purchase your ticket, you will want to go to the events tab, choose a dinner and evening and book your reservation now. We are experiencing guests already booking through December.


“Verdure Fritte” fried late Winter and early Spring vegetables, tempura style

“Brodetto” Italian fish stew with five different kinds of fish and shellfish in a thyme and fennel infused broth

“Coniglio in Porchetta” Porchetta is usually made from a whole hog or whole pork middle, boned, seasoned generously with garlic, fennel and herbs, then rolled, tied and roasted.  This miniature version of the original, made from rabbit, follows the traditional porchetta principles of rolling a roast with spiced, garlic, citrus and herbs. This course is served with Spring onion and oven roasted tomato risotto.
